If an invoice remains unpaid beyond the grace period:

Suspension Process:

  • Services are suspended automatically after three days of being overdue.

  • Notifications are sent via email and displayed in your CP dashboard.

  • Once payment is completed, reinstatement occurs automatically within 60 minutes.

Reinstatement Fees:

  • A $25 reconnection fee may apply for Managed Hosting Agreements that are past due.

  • For all suspended hosting accounts, unpaid invoices must be fully resolved before reactivation.
