If an invoice remains unpaid beyond the grace period:
Suspension Process:

Services are suspended automatically after three days of being overdue.

Notifications are sent via email and displayed in your CP dashboard.

Once payment is completed, reinstatement occurs automatically within 60 minutes.
Reinstatement Fees:

A $25 reconnection fee may apply for Managed Hosting Agreements that are past due.

For all suspended hosting accounts, unpaid invoices must be fully resolved before reactivation.
