All user accounts and protected domains within the Central VA Net StopSpam Filter are provisioned and maintained directly by Central VA Net, Inc..

Administrative Access:

For security and consistency, customers cannot add or remove users or domains from the StopSpam system directly.

Central VA Net handles all domain and mailbox provisioning, synchronization, and access management to ensure:

  • Proper routing through the StopSpam filter network

  • Accurate mail delivery

  • DNS consistency and anti-spoofing compliance

Requesting Changes:

If you need to:

  • Add or remove an email user

  • Add a new domain to your spam filtering service

  • Retire or rename an existing account

Please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Organization or account name

  • Domain name(s) affected

  • List of user email addresses to add or remove
