The spam sensitivity level determines how aggressively the Central VA Net StopSpam Filter identifies and quarantines potential spam or unwanted messages.

Management Policy:

Spam sensitivity settings are centrally managed by Central VA Net, Inc. to ensure consistent filtering performance and to prevent disruption to legitimate email delivery.

End users cannot manually change sensitivity settings within the StopSpam Control Panel.

Default Setting:

  • Medium Sensitivity – Optimized for accuracy and minimal false positives.
