Viewing and Releasing Quarantined Emails Print

Suspicious or bulk messages are placed into quarantine for 14 days before being automatically deleted.

To Review Quarantine:

1. Log into https://cvanet-stopspam.com/

2. Click Quarantine → View Messages.

3. Select a message to:

   • View Details (sender, subject, reason for quarantine)

   • Release Message (deliver to your inbox)

   • Whitelist Sender (allow future messages automatically)

Daily Summary Email:

Each user receives a daily quarantine report listing blocked messages. You can release or whitelist items directly from this summary email.
