To cancel a service:

  1. Log into the CP at https://centralva.net/whmcs

  2. Navigate to Services → My Services.

  3. Click the service you wish to cancel.

  4. Choose “Request Cancellation” and specify:

    • Immediate Cancellation or

    • End of Billing Cycle

You’ll receive an email confirmation once processed.

Policy Summary:

  • 30-day notice required for cancellations for Managed Hosting Services (All other hosting plans are not subject to this requirement).

  • Shared/Prepaid hosting is non-refundable unless due to a provider error.

  • Refunds (if approved) are processed within 10 to 15  business days.
